“Cognicise” is a dementia prevention approach developed by Japan’s National Center for Geriatrics and Gerontology that combines exercise with cognitive tasks.  CogniBike offers nine types of cognicise programs.
The difficulty level adjusts in real-time based on correct answers during exercise.
By solving problems while adapting to changes in the ergometer's rotation speed and resistance, it enhances dual-task motor abilities.

A hybrid model that combines the ease of pedaling in an upright position with the convenience of getting on and off in a recumbent position.
By saving user settings in advance, the seat height will revert to the setting from the user’s previous session.

Track progress with a graphical display of exercise history on a daily, weekly, monthly or yearly basis. Exercise duration and calories burned are also displayed.
